Rocky Kyle Wittkugle, 69, of Waverly, passed away on Thursday, January 22, 2026 at his residence.  He was born on August 18, 1956 in Chillicothe to the late Joseph A Wittkugle and Margaret Mae Willis Wittkugle.  On December 31, 1991 he was united in marriage to Donna Legg Wittkugle of Waverly.  In addition to his wife, Rocky is survived by his son; Christopher Joseph Wittkugle; step-children, Larry (Chasity Howard) Highland and David (Amy Mullins) Highland and his grandchildren; Christine Neir and Madison (Cole) Bailey.  In addition to his parents, Rocky was preceded in death by his son; Rocky Kyle Wittkugle, Jr and his grandson; Maverick Highland.

Graveside services will be held at noon on Friday, January 30, 2026 at Gardner Cemetery.
