Roger Vincent "Doc" Mullins, 71, of Beaver, passed away on Monday, December 12, 2022 at his residence.  He was born on August 3, 1951 in Columbus to the late Norman Vincent Mullins and Creola Arbutis Mullins.  Surviving are his daughters; Brittany Mullins of Chicago, Illinois and Tiffany Babbs of Ypsilanti, Michigan and grandson, Zachary Aube.
