Ronald Edward Osborne, 50, of Chillicothe, Ohio passed away Sunday, March 3, 2024.  He was born August 1, 1973 in Elizabeth City, North Carolina to the late Charles Edward Osborne and Emily Sharon Carter.  Also surviving are his son, Carter Edward Osborne of Chillicothe; siblings, Charles William Osborne, Angela Lee (Jarrod) Haney-Walters, Arnold Ray Haney and Keystan Gail Haney; mother-in-law, Patsy (Don Johnson) Ramsey; and grandmother-in-law, Shirley Stotridge.  In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by the mother of his son, Amanda.

Funeral services will be 12:00 p.m. Saturday, March 9, 2024 at Botkin Hornback Funeral Home in Waverly with Scott Kohn officiating.  The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home.
