Rosemary Cable, 89, of McDermott, Ohio passed away Tuesday, December 14, 2021 at Adena Regional Medical Center in Chillicothe, Ohio.  She was born June 23, 1932 in Lombardsville, Ohio to the late Francis and Bertha Evans Pertuset.  On May 26, 1950 she was united in marriage to Vance Albert "Bud" Cable who preceded her in death on January 3, 2012.  Surviving are her children, Brenda Ross and husband Dean of West Portsmouth, Ohio, Debbie Montavon and husband Ed of West Portsmouth, Albert Cable and wife Betty of Gallipolis, Ohio, and Rick Cable and wife Sonya of South Bloomingville, Ohio; a bonus daughter, Kathy Baer; 10 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; 13 great-great-grandchildren; a brother, Donald Pertuset; and a sister, Janice Baldwin.  In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by brothers, Francis Pertuset, Jr. and George Pertuset and sisters, Ruth Ewing and Wanda Conley.

Rosemary was a retired cook at Union Elementary in the Northwest School District.  She attended Beech Fork Church and loved her neighbors in Bristol Village.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 pm Monday, December 20, 2021 at Beech Fork Church with Pastor Tom Brown officiating.  Burial will follow in Garvin Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 5:00 – 7:00 pm on Sunday, December 19, 2021 at Botkin Hornback Funeral Home in Otway and for one hour prior to the service at the church.
