Roslyn Nicole Tackett, 7, of Piketon, Ohio passed away on Saturday, December 18, 2021 at Adena Pike Medical Center in Waverly, Ohio.  She was born in Portsmouth, Ohio daughter of Nicholas Adam Tackett and Lindsey Louise Ealey both of Piketon.  Also surviving are her brothers, Landon and Bryson Tackett; her sisters, Adyson and Olivia Tackett; grandparents, Mike (Carla) Tackett of Piketon, Dave (Regina) Ealey of Piketon and Beth (Ryan) Cartwright also of Piketon; great grandfather, Terry Noel of Waverly; great grandmother Thelma Ealey of Waverly; great aunts, Dee (Steve) Criswell of Columbus, Ohio, Laura (Curt) Hawkins of Hillsboro, Ohio, Tina Noel of Piketon, Penny Duckweiler of Waverly, Jenny Ramsey of Waverly, Judy Conley of Waverly, Teresa (Mike) Stanton of Mt. Sterling, Ohio, Jackie McJunkin of Piketon and Darla Ealey; and great uncles, Jerry "Hoss" (Sina) Tackett of Piketon and Matt (Ashley) Ealey of Frankfort, Ohio.

Roslyn is preceded in death by her uncle Christopher Tackett, aunt Melissa Tackett, great grandfathers Ted Tackett and Jack Ealey, great grandmothers, Angie Tackett and Judy Noel, and cousins, Meghan Hudson and Logan Wiseman.

Roslyn is a first grader at Piketon Elementary.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday, December 27, 2021 at Botkin Hornback Funeral Home in Waverly.  Burial will follow in Mound Cemetery in Piketon.  Family will receive friends on Sunday from 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm at the funeral home.
