Roxie Ann Ross, 99, of Otway, passed away on Saturday, September 5, 2026 at SOMC Hospice. She was born on November 12, 1926 in Adams County to the late Troy O Ewing and Tilley Ann Pegg Ewing. On June 12, 1944 she was united in marriage to Harland A Ross, who preceded her death on December 4, 1994. Surviving are her grandchildren; Keith (Melissa) Ross, Tangi (Danny) Perkins, Ruth (Jeff) Ross, Paula (Doug) Arde and Rachel (George) Meyer; daughter-in-law Billie Ross; several great-grandchildren and several great-great grandchildren. In addition to her husband and her parents, Roxie was preceded in death by her son Acie Ross; her step-daughter, Shirley Miller and her brothers and her sisters.

Roxie was a member of the Otway Community Church.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm, Saturday, September 11, 2026 at Botkin Hornback Funeral Home in Otway with Pastor Ricky Ross officiating. Burial will follow in Old Hoffer Hill Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11:00 am until the time of the service at the funeral home. The family respectfully requests in lieu of flowers, that donations be made to the funeral home.
