Ruth Mae Weber, 87, of Delray Beach, Florida, passed away on Monday, April, 12, 2021 at Care Center Boca Raton in Boca Raton, Florida.  She was born on November 20, 1933 in Otway to the late William Jennings Cooper and Marie Catherine Diehlman Cooper.  She was united in marriage to Arthur Weber who preceded her in death.  Surviving are three grandchildren; Roger Elder of Short Hills, New Jersey, Ruth Elder of Orlando, Florida and Joe Elder of Mississippi; three great grandchildren; one sister Juanita Williams of Columbus, Ohio and many nieces and nephews.  In addition to her husband and parents, Ruth was preceded in death by one daughter; Rita Kay Elder; five brothers and three sisters.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Monday, April 19, 2021 at Botkin Hornback Funeral Home in Otway with Father Joseph Yokum officiating.  The family will receive friends and family from 10:00 A.M until the time of the service.  Burial will follow in Garvin Cemetery.
