Sheela Ruthe Stewart, 62, of Waverly, Ohio passed away Monday, January 29, 2024.  She was born June 13, 1961 in Dayton, Ohio to the late Roscoe and Betty Ruth Wheeler Mullins.  Surviving are her children, Tracey (Kerri) Stewart of Shepherdsville, Kentucky, Nancy Rebecca Kirk of Piketon, Ohio and Ronald Stewart of Waverly; grandchildren, Whitley Mangus, Haven Kirk, Logan Kirk and Vanessa Rickey; and siblings, Doug (Kelly) Mullins, Roscoe (Hope) Mullins Jr., Mike Mullins, Donna Mullins and David Mullins.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother, Ronald Mullins.
