Tammy Alexander, 56, of Rarden, passed away on Wednesday, May 11, 2022 at SOMC Hospice in Portsmouth.  She was born on September 15, 1965 in Portsmouth to the late Ray Spencer and Mary Lou Goble Spencer.  On November 16, 1985 she was united in marriage to Michael Alexander.  Surviving are her children Mike (Courtney) Alexander, II of Rarden, Michala Alexander of Rarden and Felicia (Warren) Townsend of Otway; grandchildren, Brentley, Rylan and Addysyn; brother, Archie (Rosalie) Spencer of McDermott and sisters Bessie (David) Otworth, Debbie (Rick) Carrol of Otway and Candy (Wayne) Ross of Otway and many nieces and nephews.  In addition to her parents, Tammy was preceded in death by brothers; Jerry Spencer and Sam Spencer and sisters Bonnie Spencer and Judy Kay Thomas.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 15, 2022 at Botkin Hornback Funeral Home in Otway.  The family will receive from 12:00 pm until the time of the service at the funeral home.
