Thomas Michael "Mike" Legg, 77 of Waverly passed away on Wednesday, December 4, 2024 at Adena Pike Medical Center in Waverly.  Mike was born on October 13, 1947 in Columbus to the late William Legg and Gladys Foster Legg.  On October 19, 1971, he was united in marriage to his wife of 53 years, Cindee Fout Legg of Waverly.  In addition to his wife, Mike is survived by his children; Bill Legg of Waverly and Erica (Steven) Mines of Hilliard; grandchildren, Madison Mines and Isabella Mines and sister, Brenda Greene of Piketon.  Mike was preceded in death by his parents, daughter, Emily Legg and several aunts and uncles

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 8, 2024 at Botkin Hornback Funeral Home in Waverly with Pastor Jeremy Davis officiating with burial following in Mound Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home.
