Toni Annette Chandler, 54, of Bainbridge, Ohio passed away Saturday, February 1, 2025 at Southern Ohio Medical Center in Portsmouth, Ohio.  She was born June 30, 1970 in Chillicothe, Ohio to the late Ottie Blankenship and Phyllis (James) May Carter who survives.  Also surviving are her children, Rachelle (David) Chandler of Beaver and Codey (Destiny) Chandler of Bainbridge; she was grammy to Hailey Trent, Bryce Preston and Aurora Chandler and great-grammy to Hudson Woodall; her special kids, Biscuit and Bella; brother, Rick (Brenda) Walls of Waverly; sisters, Dixie (Doc) Smith of Bainbridge and Lana (Jon) Kneisley of Bainbridge; and many nieces and nephews.  In addition to her father she was preceded in death by a sister, Teresa Lynn Walls.

Toni was the school cook at Western Elementary School for over 19 years.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 5, 2025 at Western High School with Jeff May officiating.  Burial will follow in Smith Hill Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service at the school.
