William Burford Richey, 65, of Lucasville, Ohio passed away on Friday, June 3, 2022 at home.  He was born October 13, 1956 in Kentucky, son of the late William and Vada Marie Hunt Richey.  On August 19, 2006, William was united in marriage to Sheila Elliott Richey who survives. They have been together for 26 years.  Also surviving are sons, Billy Jo Richey and Jessie Elliott; daughters, Drema Brewer and Tammy Richey; sisters, Lisa Tackett, Sharon Hall and Betty Jo Richey and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

William was a logger and tobacco cutter and a member of Lucasville Mission Church in Piketon, Ohio.

Services will be 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 7, 2022 at Lucasville Mission Church in Piketon with Pastor David Spencer and Pastor Danny Rowe officiating.  Burial will follow in Lucasville Mission Church Cemetery. Family will receive friends on Tuesday from 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. at the church.
